so it's almost universal that when you want to lose 10lbs or less it's fukkin impossible....20lbs, no problem but that 10 lb plateau is a bytch. what's some good ways to get past it...i've been doing no carbs but i dont think that's working plus i returned to my routine of cardio 4x a week...the fukk?
i guess i'm at my natural weight, but for vanity reasons (yes superficial) i want to push past this and lose like 8lbs

Its really hard for those of us that arent naturally cut to get to that state. i just need to lose about 5-8lbs of fat for my abs to look good but its just going slower then ever.
continue to tweak your diet. track your calories daily and lower the amount if you have to. keep the protein high so you dont lose any muscle.
im going to continue my current diet/lifting/cardio schedule for a good 3 more weeks. if i dont see the results i want, sometime at the end of march im going to try the Velocity Diet (http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=05-009-diet) shiit i might try it anyway no matter what to see how cut i can get.
you probably not eating enough and now your metabolism has slowed down to adjust for it.
