A few of my friends swear by zinc. I tried it for a few days and it didn't work, but i am guessing that wasn't long enough to see an improvement anyway.
i think zink generally increases the rate at which your skin heals etc so if you have pimples you'll notice them less/for a shorter period of time.
with a good diet and lots of all different vitamins (and good amounts of sleep) your skin will just look more healthy. less pale, less blemishes, lesser circles etc.

Omega 3 Fish Oils are good for the skin. Just make sure the EPA/DHA ratio is atleast 3:1.

There is a "healthy skin" supplement made by the company NutraFuncFoods, depending on what issue you have with your skin, its supposed to be pretty good.
