Everything I eat will be based on this. I eat every 2 hours when I get a break at work. Sorry about letting my workout log go down the drain... I just forgot to post my workouts. I'm currently just trying to gain muscle.

5 am - 1 scoop of protein in water

**WORKOUT**

7 am - 1 scoop of protein in skim milk (grew up on this and the other milk taste funny)

9 am - 3 hard boiled eggs

11 am - 1 handful of mixed nuts and an apple

1 pm - Salad with some sliced turkey with low fat ranch

3 pm - An Orange

5 pm - A peanut butter sandwich and milk

7 pm - Pork loin, brown rice, and green beans

9 pm - Muscle milk

If you're trying to gain muscle cleanly...you're not eating nearly enough calories. I would try to get like 500 more calories a day in.

I would aslo suggest you add some carbs prior to your workout, and immediately after your workout. You also need more protein PWO.

Damn man it feels like i'm full all day. I'm not used to eating this much as it is. Maybe over time I will start eating more.
