I guess its no surprise cause he looks like he lifts that much.lol

terry crews used to play pro football. i also believe he was a pro wrestler. he's no stranger to steroids/hgh so 485lb bench pressing doesnt surprise me.

well...On Jamie Foxx's radio show he said Crews said he could bench 500lbs while at Jamies house....they didnt believe him so they racked up the bench...needless to say he couldnt get that shyt up.

Do yall realize how much weight that is? I doubt dude could do 475

Larry Allen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Allen) can bench in excess of 600lbs.
