right, that was point. he never came out on some **** tribe ****....he grew up on south and west coast rap, when he was coming up that was hot at the time. hell, i consider myself a hip hop head, but i grew up listening to triple six mafia and bone, because at the time, that was hot.

i didnt really start listening to east coast until 98.

i still think lupe should check out MM though. But the way the elites tried to force it down his throat was the wrong approach.

hes pretty good at ridin the beat. hes not amazing, hes really good at times (go go gadget, penz and needlez freestyle) and ok at some other times (daydreamin)

the part of flow Id consider weak is the part where he actually assembles shyt together into a flowing song. maybe its part of the delivery process, but to me his shyt seems a bit too derived from jay and wayne and kanye, just not too original. his accents and shyt sound very wayne and jay-like....

krayzie bone can flow fast, thats a fact.
lupe's flow being good or great is not a fact

q-tip on the other hand had a more unique and interesting flow to him, IMO
