It seems like that's a tough muscle to target but when you do get it swoll it makes your physique look so much better. Also, do any exercises work out the upper pecs better than others?

the only thing i do that really targets post delts are inverted flys.
i wouldnt worry so much about targeting them though. i would focus on upping your numbers on a push press or an arnold press. all your delts have to work together to push the weight up on lifts like that so they will get stronger/bigger.
the best exercise for pec development is incline bench press. i use dumbells.

Good look on the exercises, but why do you use dumb bells? I've heard that barbells are better for building mass. But I could be misinformed...

Barbells puts alot of stress on your shoulders and a pec tear is horrible. We had a sport chiropractor and an athletic trainer both tell use that the flat barbell bench is the worst exercise to do.
My boy had to get his shoulder repaired due to barbell. I also seen a guy tear his pec from it.
I do it on occasion but I prefer dumbells

This is off topic but I know you're that dude when it comes to leg exercises: what do you recommend for a good leg workout? Not just exercises but reps and sets, too?

It has been proven time and time again that in weightlifting we should keep it simple.
For shoulders, the most important exercise is pretty much any basic overhead press exercise. Whether is arnolds shoulder press, military press or just regular (seated) barbell/dumbell shoulder press will get your delts big if you train them consistently and have a solid diet(eating enough calories to fuel your system).
Like any other exercises there's auxiliary exercises, like seated reverse flys. You can do these with dumbells or with a pec deck machine. And when we talk about delts you shouldn't ignore the muscle right next to it; the traps. So do some shrugs as well, barbell or dumbbell.
For (upper) chest, just do basic bench pressing (barbell or dumbbell, doesn't really matter. switch it up weekly). incline, flat bench or decline bench press, its up to you.

Is it better to work out the arms the same day you work out your back, or the same day you work out your chest? Or does it not matter at all? I feel more swell when I do shoulders and back the same day, and arms and chest the next, personally.

fam you can injure yourself w/ any exersice...people say dont do deadlifts because they are "dangerous" as well...I hope you dont listen to that shyt either
Compound movements are key. Bench, Deadlift, Squat, Military press, Dips, Pull ups = $$$$$$

I know for me my left shoulder is feels like shyt from benching with the barbell, so I do it sparingly. I feel alot less shoulder stress with the dumbells.
Its not a point of injury with exercises, its the actual ergonomics with certain ones. The way your scapulars move is hindered by the the fact that your on a flat bench, coupled with the stress from the fixed bar can kill your rotator cuffs.
The main factor in the injuries come from weight

I will never deter anyone from benching as I have done it for years, but listen to your body. Mine is telling me to lay off of it

I think I mentioned this to you before, but you could be having shoulder problems due to poor flexibility in your rotator cuff. I've had the same problems.
I do this exercise w/ a long stick...I'll search around the net to see if i cant find it.

yo, i just found out yesterday that my rotator cuffs aren't nearly as flexible as they should be
I'll be gettin a new program next week (hopefully) with some exercises that'll strenghten them.
Diggy, I'll let you know if I get anything.
