Green Tea with cayenne pepper

I recently have been drinking alot of green tea with cayenne pepper (3-4 cups per day) and I got to say it has helped curb my appetite. I eat half of what I normally do. I dont know if its because of the tea (which is caffeine free) or just because Im drinking more liquids.

Take it for what its worth, but ya'll should try it if you want to shed a few pounds fairly easily. :yes:

make sure you still get an acceptable amount of calories

I dont have a real actual measurment, I just sprinkle some in every cup I make. Im addicted to this stuff now. Oh yeah, I dont use any sugar, just lemon juice
