I discontinued it and gave it away. I cant really tolerate these kinds of supps anymore. It may work well for you tho. Almost everyone seems to like it

Yea Lipo 6 has Guggulsterones in it which are supposed to increase estrogen (the female hormone) but idk if its proven or not....i know alot of ppl who have had results with them, myself included.....
i got the jitters tho bc they have mad caffeine in them.....
If i were u, id finish the bottle, then switch to another fat burner like Hydroxycut Hardcore or MAN Scorch

I did one cycle. About a week into it i was getting really bad cramps and not so great side effects, it got to the point where i had to pull over in the middle of driving because i was paralysed in pain.
I kept on them though and the cramps disappeared after a week. I don't think they do much. They're supposed to increase your energy but if your eating healthy and working out, the difference is scarce.
My trainer recommended i do one cycle as a kick start and then start drinking green tea, which is what i do now. It tastes gross, but at least i know i'm not pumping excess caffeine into my system.
The only GREAT thing about Lypo6 is the buzz, it feels like you're on a low doze of speed the whole time so you're a little sweaty but very energetic all day.

Thats a mistake. Generally, you should listen to your body when it comes to things like that or you could hurt yourself.
4 cups of green tea has the same amount caffeine as lipo 6

Lipo 6 is definately a great addition to your workout and diet regimen if you take them for what they are which is weight loss SUPPLEMENTS, not Miracles. If you can find it mass produced at places like walmart for under $20 bucks you can be sure it is crap, but there are some strong supplements left if you go to the right place to get them and spend more than $30 bucks on average. if you want a list of what the ingredients in lipo 6 are designed to do, here is a site that describes the ingredients and what they do. http://www.dietsupplementreviews.com/product.aspx?p=Lipo%206%20Liquid%20Caps
