What are some good supplements to use for PCT?

I was thinking it would be a good idea for ppl to list some of the stuff they use when they finish a cycle and go on PCT? I'm on Jungle Warfare and even though they say you dont need to take PCT afterwards it is still strong stuff so I already bought Novedex XT for that. Anyone else want to list any other good supplements to use?

IGF, GH, Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin, Insulin and HCG

Nolvadex blocks estrogen receptors in the titties and raises test levels
IGF counteracts the reduction in natural IGF caused by Nolvadex
Clomid stops estrogen from blocking the hyperthalamus
HCG mimicks LH which brings the balls back to normal
Aromasin destroys remaining Estrogen, and also raises test levels very, very fast
GH is Anti catabolic
Insulin halts protein turnover.

You dont need any of this if you're just taking Jungle Warfare...its nothing serious.

if you don't take steroids would you recommend taking an anti-estrogen like Jungle Warfare to bulk up?
