Is it possible?

Ive been working 12 hour night shifts for the last year and half. I work in computers, so I'm sitting down most of the time.

I know that in the first year I worked here, I gained close to 20 lbs. I'm currently roughly 170-175lbs, measure 5'8".

Weight-wise, I think I'm good, and I don't wanna lose weight. I have some excess fat around the lower-abdomen (used to be my full belly lol) and i still have some left on my love-handles.

But, I also want to gain more mass on my chest, arms, back and shoulders. My legs are good for now, though I don't want to neglect them.

OH, and I absolutely despise running.

Any suggestions from my TFF folks?

props

same basic principles, just up your calorie intake by a few hundred cals a day.

Worry about gaining muscle, eating healthy and you'll naturally burn more fat with the new muscle.

props.

i could testify to what nalej said. Just by slightly changin my diet, working out regularly and doing situps every night, i went from having a belly to some excess fat. no running.

Ay Andre, im working out for the same reasons (going down on a trip 2nd week of March)
