....if so, how did they get there? What did they do in their 20s and 30s? I had a couple knee accidents, and I'm planning on the future, physically, just like you would do financially, socially, or just w/ overall goals.
What are the keys to great joints (things we can do now) that really ease any bad back, knee, wrist pain?:
I can name one remedy:
lose body fat
Let's try and make this a lil KNEE REHAB DATABASE....or not....:blush:

I heard taking omega fats helps with joints. You should try that. My friend also takes this other sh*t daily that helps him. I forgot what it's called but it's pretty common.

I take 5 fish oil pills a day...good for a number of things

My poppa he's in his late 50's and still dances around and plays soccer....
he's a vegetarian and he played soccer when he was younger..
total neat freak and he's healthy as sh1t.. makes me proud :blush:

That's better than being silly rich when u're old. Just being healthy and happy is all i need.
So yall niccas aint on this sh1t? Has anyone tried FLEXOFACTOR? That stuff works well. I hurt my knee playin bball, and it increases the healing time of joint injuries. :cool:
