Breakfast = 2 Peices of Cinnamon Toast on White Bread (yeah white bread I don't eat that colored ish), 3 Scrambled Eggs with Cinnamon sprinkled on, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of Grape Juice (around 1,000 calories)
Lunch = Turkey Sandwhich on 2 peices of white bread with 2 peices of cheese in it (300 calories), 2 cups of milk (300 calories), brocolli, flinestone vitamin and 2 cups of apple juice (200 calories) total = 800 calories
Dinner = 1 Hamburger (big size) with Bun (250 calories), 2 cuips of milk (300 calories), handful of peanuts (200 calories), carrots and peas (50 calories) + hawiaan punch (250 calories) = 1,000 calories
Snack: oatmeal (200 calories), 2 cups of orange juice (200 calories), Banana (75 calroies) and 2 cups of gernsy chocolate milk (500 calories) = 975 calroies
total calories = 3,775 or something
I only showed the calories to see if you all was thinking what I normally eat was healthy enough to get those, right now I'm having health issues where I cannot exercise but I used to be a exercise nut and right before I quit I could bench press 285 lbs. once, squat 425 lbs. once and run a mile in 7 minutes.
Do you think this is a healthy way to eat since I'm not exercising? I'm also 6'1 and weigh 200 lbs. but I'm losing weight due to not lifting weights.

some concerns
- you seem to be drinking alot of milkk....what kind of milk do u drink...if youre drinking all those cups of 2% or homo milk that aint good for you bro...switch to skim milk and have 1-2 cups a day
- what kind of juice do u drink? juice is a trickky motherfukker , alot of people get tricked into drinking juice as a substitute for pop, come to find out the juice has just as much sugar
- if youre gonna eat white bread, have 1-2 slices a day.;..if youre a sandwich man, swithc to whole wheat or multi grain
- cut the cheese, mayo, fatty dressings...unnecessary killers
also, i see ure having 4 meals a day....i think by reducing the portions of some of those meals, u can still eat the same AMOUNT but spread it over 6 meals daily

Was this supposed to be some type of diet? It looks like to me you are eating regular but just throwing in some milk for good measure to make it seem as if you are eating healthy. I personally think the way you are eating is fine if you are working out but for a person who is really into bodybuilding with a zen clean diet.... Well it's terrible.

I drink whole milk anything less is for hoes, also milk is good for you and so is juice. lol @ sugars, u can take all the sugar u want sugar is good for u orange juice grape juice apple juice cider juice i told yall! not gonna switch white bread 4 life thanks for the feedback tho!

Sugar in moderation is good but dont go and drink a whole bottle of Simply Orange just because its juice.
Everything in moderation is good fat, carbs, protein. Don't deprive yourself of anything as that will cause a big crave rush and you end up like me yesterday at KFC with 10 honey bbq wings and 10 hotwings and then youd finish it off with a chocolate cake but you drink water so you are ok.:evil:

who said sugar is good for you? Refined sugar is probably the worse thing you can put in your body. And the other dude is right about white bread, that sh*t ain't good either. Why do you want advise if you're just going to tune it all out. :dry:
