We did legs today...I puked 2 times...Oh yeah :smoker:
I did alot more than I normally do, my quads are fried and my hamstrings feel like poo poo.
Cant wait till Tuesday till it really sets in
I figure I need someone that will push me as I do to my clients
Im trying to put on about 20lbs or so by the end of the year.
I start my diet next week. I should be around 4k cals a day or so

Man, I can come up with some workouts that won't make you puke and will give you way better functional fitness skills. Lol You know I'm a crossfitter. But thats whats up Leg days are killer.

Im into functional training also. I use it alot and also on my clients.Thats what my NCSF cert is really into, but im trying to put on 20lb so that aint really gonna add that girffffff I need.

Im 6ft 3 and 210 now. I liked how I looked back in the day when I was about 230. Then after that I can get a job at Le Bares with a stage name of Chocolatee Passion
