Im like 6'1-6'2" -- 173-175 lbs.

I want to get to 185-190 lbs.

Any advice, It takes a lot for me to gain weight. I need to know what types of food to eat that are effective.

I tried eating up to 3200-3400 calories a day, it was kinda effective, but it wasn't all that healthy.

I want to start cooking my own food, just need to know what to cook and how much to eat.

Somebody Helpmeh...helpmeh...pleeze!

its simple. lift heavy weights and eat more food. i would eat like 3700 calories a day if i were you.

if you eat unhealthy food you'll put on unhealthy weight. just eat the shiit you normally do, except twice as much. it might be hard at first, but after a few weeks you'll get used to the portions.

Just about any type of nut is high in calories and has some pretty good benefits. I don't know. But what the person above me said is pretty much the answer unless you just wanna shake it up. Taco Bell Ranchero Soft Taco are really healthy. Fish and Grilled Chicken is always good. Or just check out the link below:

theres no magic workout or anything. any workout based around compound lifts will do...just make sure you push yourself. people that want to change their weight need to focus on diet.

this simply is just not true. the reason you didnt gain weight is either you werent lifting hard enough...or you werent eating enough. maybe you give up before results really start to show? were you running 10 miles a day?

ive seen the skinniest of skinny people eat 4500+ calories a day and they eventually put on weight just like the rest of us.

I doubt I have the time or money to keep up eating 3000-4500 calories a day. I plan on taking creatine for the first time to gain about 20-30 lbs.

just try to eat every 3 hours but not later than 4 hours.

get as much sleep as you can

take whey protein right after youre done working out. stay away from muscle milk and myoplex. Those are like "fisher price: my first protein shake". hit up bodybuilding. com for some good supplements.

take a multivitamin and some flaxeed oil daily

drink skim milk

be patient. you wont get big over night
