Never had the Foremen grill but I've always heard good things about it.
I read some of the fitness articles over at mens health. What foods to eat, what to avoid, and other things. I don't know if these will help you out, but worth a look.

if i was you i would go to the supermarket and get some basic ingredients for your house. you should get cold cuts and cheeses for sandwiches. you should get rolls and whole wheat bread and any other bread you like. then you should get some of those lipton rice and pasta packets, they come in different flavors. you should get hot pockets and them banquet dinners. also them bags of hot and spicy banquet chicken wings are good with blue cheese. they come in a bag of 25. also getting meats and putting them in the freezer is good. u can pull out chicken cutlets or pork cutlets to fry or grill. steaks and chicken pieces are good to have. chopped meats make hamburgers and chili and meatballs. if you want a good recipe for meatballs ill hook you up. pasta and tomato sauce is good for you. you should have garlic and lettuce in your house. a bag of onions and potatoes are good also to have. orange juice and apple juice is healthy to have and good for you. you could drink that daily for vitamin c. get soda (if you want) and 4c ice tea mix. get them powerades (not gatorade)
milk, butter and eggs should ALWAYS be in a crib. cream cheese is good too to have.
these are just suggestions.
i bet you would be a good chef if you had the right ingredients up in your crib to mess with.

to make chicken parmesan you have to bread and fry your cutlets, then you need to make a sauce or use them jar kinds and get mozzarella. you put the fried cutlet over some sauce on a plate, put some more sauce on top and then put the cheese. you can bake it til the cheese melts or put it in the microwave.
do you know how to batter and fry a cutlet? if not, ill explain it.
i got many recipes. if you want one ask. :)
those frozen sh1ts in a box are bad... but some guys like them so i mentioned it.

think about what you want to make...and then go on that site and look up a good recipie (sp?). It makes grocery shopping easy because you know what your going to need, and you can make enough for a few days so you dont have to cook every night

Cooking's easy, as long as you [clinton] get familiar [/sparks] with what you're working with. Ingredients, utensils, pans and whatnot.
BUT, as a single guy living on his own, you should keep **** simple. There's no good reason for you to go ahead and make Chicken Parmesan on a tuesday night for 1 person... you'll be there making all that **** for a long time (since you don't know how to cook, i'd say about 1,5 hours) and then you'd eat it all in 10 minutes!
Tuna cans are always a must. Bagels, Cold Cuts, Chicken Breasts are very easy to cook, just turn on your skillet, put some oil and put the breast in it. You could put Italian salad dressing and some lemon juice before or even while you're cooking it. Just keep checking it and you could even slice it open to see the inside. Once it's white on the inside, you're good to go.
Hamburgers are best left for the summer time, the smell of onions will stink up your apartment.

you can take a chicken cutlet and soak it in egg mixed with a little milk, some garlic powder, adobo and parmesan cheese. let the cutlets sit in it over night and then you take seasoned bread crumbs, bread the cutlets and fry in olive oil. is that recipe unhealthy to you?
u can make shishkabobs on that grill. you get the veggies and the meat grilling together. it tastes good. you should marinate different meats and grill them up for dinner and lunch. get tortillas and you can make fajitas.
