I know Creatine helps expand muscle cells with water but does it also make fat cells swell up too? Because in the past when I took creatine I used to feel more swole in the muscle but also end up looking less define. I'm not sure if that is because the fat cells expanded too.

Nah man it doesnt make fat cells swell up.....

It just increases your muscle fiber sizes and volume with water retention.....thats why u got that bloated look/feel bc your body is retaining mad H20....but thats whats supposed to happen when you on creatine....

Im on creatine right now i got that same problem....feel mad full and bloated alot....but once you stop the creatine the retention goes away and youll look defined again....thats what im doin when the summer comes so i can look nice and cut up.....

so you stop taking it in the summer all together? if so, when do you stop taking it to look ripped?

nah i dont stop taking it in the summer but you are supposed to cycle with creatine (like 2months on, 1 month off, etc...) so your body doesnt get used to it.....
But if you wanna look ripped for the summer im gonna cycle off of it in like may or june and increase my cardio and maybe take a fat burning pill like Hydroxycut Hardcore to get rid of all the excess water and ****.....

i got creatine...took it for 2 weeks then stopped. I decided just to stick with protein shakes. Hell, ive gained 7 1/2 lbs since jan 8.

damn u gained almost 8 pounds in 3 weeks?! thats crazy....
are u drinkin alot of water or eatin like crazy?
what kind of protein powder you use?

damn son, unless you goin to the gym like 5-7 days a week with heavy hardcore lifting thats pretty impressive, u must have good genetics.....

Your fat cells wont swell up from creatine as they said. You can use other forms of creatine that wont give you that bloated feeling. I assume you were using mono hydrate. I wished I even got that from the mono, I dont respond well to it.

Controlled labs makes good creating products fyi

The bloated feeling and look you get is attributed to Creatine Monohydrate, as Diggy mentioned....Do some research on Creatine Ethyl Ester.

A great product to take is BSN's Cellmass......I stacked BSN's N.O. Xplode (pre-lift) with Cellmass (post-lift) and saw great results....

Yes you want to use regular creatine. NO XPLODE is only about 2gr of creatine. If you are looking for something pre-workout NO Shotgun is >>>>>>>NO Xplode. It has more of everything in fact it has any and everything youd need prior to a workout.

its not that important. it doesnt matter much WHEN you take it, as long as you take it. once its in your system it'll do its thing. but it will be metabolized best after your workout.

NO explode is just creatine with carbs and stimulants for energy. Imagine mixing a scoop of regular creatine w/ a red bull. Pretty much the same effect.

i work @ the gym but only workout 3-4 times a week. Yeah ever since i been recording my workouts i seem more motivated to keep going. It's not all solid though....but it's more solid than fat. Trying to get up to bout 180-185. As of now im 172 up from 164 at the beginning of the year. Gonna do some swimming on friday too

NO Explode and all those preworkout NO supps are good if u want a boost in energy cause they got NO (nitrous oxide), some creatine and a ****load of B vitamins, but thats about all they do.....I personally dont like them bc they make me feel like im on speed and about to have a heart attack when im on em....

As far as creatines go, i take mine postworkout.......some good ones are bsn cellmass, controlled labs green mag, gaspari sizeON, or micronized creatine.....
Stay away from Cell-Tech....too much damn sugar.....

When supplementing you need 3 things:

Pre-workout energy booster (NO products)
Post worikout creatine
Protein Powder


Take the preworkout 30mins prior on empty stomach
Take post workout ASAP after your workout
Protein Shake 30mins after your post workout supplement. Also good when you wake up if you can't fit in a breakfast.

Stay away from pills.
