Working out with my girl can be a goddamn headache. Its to the point I dont even want to train her or with her. I hardly lift with her but when I do theres always some sort of excuse for something. Either the powerblocks are too buky or in the gym such and such machine hurts her boob, etc..

I gave up on her today, fukkit

girls have a completely different philosophy (read: wrong) when it comes to working out. they just wanna breeze through it. when you try to push them they start to cry.

We dont workout much as a couple. I trained her Friday and it was good, her shoulders are still fatigued/sore.

She kept complaining bout the powerblocks pissin me off. I left her alone all night. After we got into bed, I rubbed her head to show no hard feelings but damn she really had me

I have 200lb female clients that dont say a thing

This thread is funny, considering I was just reading some ish on Menshealth and it was saying you should work out with your wife-S/O because according to the article, people will produce more.

I feel you man, shyt is mad agitating to the point where I tell her to sit your azz down and stay fat sometimes. She's gotten alot better but the beginning man....She always cry about me critiquing her, "bend your knees more" "take your time, stop swinging" etc.. I'm here helping you do it with proper form to get the most out of it and your throwing a bytch fit at me!

Just do different exercises than her. It'll be easier for everyone.

Unless of course your woman is doin' the same amount of weight as you, it's gonna be frustrating havin' to keep stripping the bar and then adding back on the weight.

Abs, jumping rope, jogging, and maybe some light sparring are about the only things I can do with chicks.

LOL true. I feel the same when I go to the gym with some of my female friends. They always complain about how they never lose weight, and when I see their workout (and eating) regimens, I can see why. Then I suggest changes that would be beneficial to them, and they complain..."I don't like running" and "I don't like pushups," etc.

I'm like, if you want to lose weight, you have to get a little uncomfortable....or else you'll plateau like you've already been.
