If you got a partner to workout with, do some partner toe touches (No homo) and that will give your abs a serious burn. There's other modified ways to do this, but with a partner gives that more production.

All good points however remember this.....
IT WONT MATTER HOW MANY AB CRUNCHES OR LEG RAISES U DO IF YOU STILL HAVE ABDOMINAL FAT AROUND YOUR BELLY.....
YOU NEED TO DO MAD CARDIO TO BURN THE FAT OFF, THEN YOUR ABS WILL START SHOWING THRU......

the easiest way for men to get abs is to lift heavy weights and eat a clean diet. mixing in cardio will speed things up.

I've read that anything over 10%, body fat wise, will shroud a persons abs.
I guess its a fine line.

theres a pretty good indicator of what your body fat percentage is.
abs generally start to show around 12 percent. i'm like 16 percent right now.
