breakfast in over a month.
i woke up this morning and usually i have a protein shake for breakfast then my real meal in the early afternoon.... but this morning i felt like real food.
don't worry i didn't splurge:yes:
i went to the kitchen, took out a carton of egg whites and a package of butterball turkey bacon and fried that ish up with low fat butter. i had 4 egg whites and 5 pieces of bacon. i did use a lil bit of bbq sauce cuz i didn't want it to be too plain. OMG so good.
post some healthy, but good tasting ideas!:)

I keep it simple with breakfast. It's either egg whites with 1-3 ingredients (cheese, ham, tomatoe, mushrooms, etc) and one slice of whole wheat.
Other than that it's instant oatmeal sometimes with blueberries
I don't get creative with meals.
it's usually a protein shake with steel cut oatmeal for me.
sometimes I'll have toast and eggs

It's worth it man....quick fixes, especially in the morning when I'm on the way to the gym.
I picked mine up at Walgreens....I think it was around $49. If you decide to cop it, then enjoy...

On weekends, I usually have bigger breakfasts…
- My favorite one of my favorites is a hashbrown, yeah I need my potatoes, with 2 egg whites, I switch it up from turkey bacon to about 3 slices of hard salami.
- Sometimes I make some cream of wheat and have a little bit
- Weekdays, I usually have 2-3 fruits in the morning and coffee, and sometimes I have a packet of oatmeal
I love my dominican breakfast; salami (no pun) and fried cheese with plantains….since I can’t have just a little bit….i won’t have it at all….unfortunately it’s very fattening.
I have lost 6 lbs in 1 ½ months

my breakfast is usually skim milk with low fat cereal or soy and linsead toast.
my boyfriend's breakfast on the other hand (which i prepare) is usually eggs (benedict, scrambled or poached) grilled mushrooms, grilled tomotoes, sausages and fresh orange grapefruit juice (gross). On the weekends we might have waffles with mascarpone and blueberries or french toast with maple syrup..
nothing beats mcdonalds sausage and egg mcmuffins though and hash browns though.

What do you guys do when you travel?
currently cutting and I wake up and eat 2 slices of whole grain / high fiber toast with a cup of green tea. then an hour or two later I eat a small bowl of müsli (30g) and in another hour I go to the gym.
when I go back to school though I won't be able to do morning workouts any more
edit: and a big glass of water before each meal.

bran flakes, half a cup of dry curd cottage cheese, two tablespoons of flax seed and some blueberries/strawberries all mixed together in a giant bowl with some skim milk... & banana and tall cup of coffee to wash everything down. that used to keep me good until the evening during the ramadan days.
I hate the smell/taste of cooked eggs so if I don't wake up with a appetite I'll just pour egg whites in a cup (keep a yolk or two) and down that shyt raw doggie like napoleon dynamite when he worked on a chicken farm.

I've been eating bagels but I need to cut down on that. Gonna buy a loaf of wheat bread and some wheat bagels.
I have a half hour to get ready for work so I don't have much time. Weekends is a different story. I get as creative as possible.

8 -10 Oz of 2% milk + 4 TSB of Ovaltine
a cup of strawberries
cup of water
half a bagel or piece of toast (maybe)
OR ...
1 1/2 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats w/ 10 oz of 2% milk
throw in some strawberries and bananas
OR ...
Quaker oatmeal (plain) with milk
bananas, strawberries, sliced peaches
vegetarian sausage (maybe)
I don't really eat too much, so my meals don't have much room, but that's what I like. Oh, I like a nice omelet, sandwich or rice with tuna in the morning as well.
