yes, this needed it's own thread. :ucku:

the fatburner i'm taking gets me pretty wired up, and i go hard as hell on the elliptical, etc etc.. but since i'm NOT one of those people who really LIKES the feeling of being all revved up like that, unless i'm exercising.. i'm wondering -- is it just as beneficial to only take it on the days i'm working out.. like 4/5 days a week, or do i need to be taking it twice a day, every day? i know the companies always want you to take as much as possible so you buy more, etc etc.. but i really don't wanna take it like that unless it's the way to go for maximum efficiency..

lemme know?

Exactly. I thought her body looked pretty normal. Maybe she's using it for energy...hopefully.

Fine, but you still don't need a fat burner. This is the problem, you want results ASAP and so you are using this as an extra EDGE. Right? I think you can get great results in a 2 - 4 months time frame and redunkulous (yes, I meant to mispell it) results in another 3 to 5 months.

I think fat burners are a waste of money.

yeah, i'm looking for a shortcut b/c it's not as easy for me as it used to be. my metabolism has slowed down a lot in the past year. quitting smoking really affected it, too.

well um, thanks for the feedback and the advice guys/gals. now -- if anyone who knows about fatburners wants to answer my original question, i'd still be interested in knowing...

smh@ your old ass metabolism.

you must want to die!!

i gotta say, it was SO MUCH EASIER to eat healthfully when i lived alone.. now there's all kinda ice cream and chips in the house, curry and korean BBQ gettin brought home, etc.. SMH@ my willpower.. if it's available and in my face, i'mma eat it. if i don't bring it home and have to see it, then i'm fine without it.

I know what you mean. I used to be like that and then I just said enough is enough and remained focus. There is nothing any of us can say, it's got to start with you. I know it sounds corny, but it's true. You will be rewarded greatly.

 @ some of the responses in here. anyway go to the other fatburner thread in here femme... (Young City's) we're talking about everything from how often we take em and why.
and just a sidenote for the clueless.... most people i know who use thermos don't actually use them because they perceive themselves as "fat"...they use em to get extra mileage outta their workouts. this goes for myself and all the dudes i know who use thermos\stacks.

i still <3 AnotherGirl for putting me onto RedLine, but anyways... if all you wanna do is cut up a little just do as AG said; use before working out.

for instance, i will take my redline in a few mins then hit the eliptical for about an hour.

exactly. the directions will tell you to take 2 with breakfast...2 with lunch etc but i NEVER take em unless i'm going to work out. 30 mins before and that's it. never on off days. i feel you on not wanting to be all jittery unless it's for cardio purposes. good luck grl.

Word. You look fine! And that tan is exquisite.

But to answer your ? femme...

You know how they say... take a chill pill? This isn't one of those times. If you are ingesting this capsules and you're stationary/sedentary during the duration of the pills release process, you will begin to feel that way (you're being worked up and aren't feeding into it's yearn to be utilized - some physical activity).

If you aren't burning it off, that's the type of effect it will have on you - your heart begins to race and you're like, "OMH, i'm like... not even doing anything. This soduku is more invigoratingly intense that i previously thought!".

So i suggest, to eradicate that problem, only take them when you work out (right before, that's what i do, babyboo).
