Since New Years ive actually been living up to my resolution and have been hittin the gym and tryin to lose some pounds.
I've been doing a routine of 3 days lifting 2 days cardio with a few rest days mixed in. But I thought I needed some help to get the fat off. I was looking at Thermo CLA at the supp store and was wondering if anybody here has tried it and if it helped any.
