I was wondering what was everybody's favorite cardio or what type of cardio works best for you? Looking for ideas to add to my regimen.

Burpees>>>>>>>>>>>all

Try 100 burpees as fast as you can without fainting and see how it compares to running or rowing.

i had to google "burpee". in the marine corps we called them "bodybuilders". i like them cause you can make them 4, 6(1 push up), or 8(2 push ups) count exercises. i always stuck with 6 count.

Yeah, burpees are tough. I just joined a Crossfit affiliate, and our WOD had burpees last night. I'd never done them before, so last night's WOD was kind of grueling.

I forget the WOD, but I remember the burpees. That was my first time doing them. We did benchmarks before the WOD, so I thought the WOD might be less intense, but I was wrong. But I was happy with deadlifting 295 as a PR, and I only started doing deadlifts a few weeks ago at a regular gym before trying out a Crossift class. I think the environment as well as having other people around helped me to lift more. That was the high point of the night. LOL

Soccer

It's 90 minutes of HIIT, always running hard to get the ball then slowing down once you have it to set up plays, plus your abs are always contracting when you run.
