After reading through this message board I see this is the only place here where peeps act like they have some sense so I will stick here. Basically I like working out and I do about 600+ push-ups throughout the day but now I want to take my body to the next level with weights, so I have some questions.
What are the set/rep parameters to gain mass?
I have a sweet tooth that I keep under control with chocolate milk and gum. Is that pretty healthy?
Since i'm pretty good with body weights exercises I think i'm a high volume kind of guy. So if I went all out and started doing marathon workouts would it hurt my body?
I also need a good ab workout. The sit-ups are no longer doing it and I have that rigid blocky look to my abs but I want my waist to be thinner to make my shoulders and lats show more. What would accomplish that?
