My muscle (ankle) is strained from playing football (soccer) the Sunday before yesterday and my its still hasn't improved much. I been resting like Im suppose to. I know it's not a serious strain but I got thinks to do and i just wanted to speed up the healing process. I've applied ice packs on for anti-flammatory etc but its still:
- bruised/redness
- a little painful when I rest my leg
-swollen
Anybody got any other ideas?
