Diggy comes through again. Props dawg.

I've recently incorporated the Jump Rope into my H.I.I.T. cardio routines. If I'm running low on time I'll do a 20 minute interval of 1min jump rope + 30 sec. pushups, and another 30 seconds of jump rope, followed by 1 minute of rest.

So basically I go 2 on, 1 off for 20 minutes total. I got that routine from LL Cool J's Platinum Workout (great read fellas...)
