I swear as long i'm going to the gym on a regular basis i have no desire to eat fast food or junk food. i just have to make sure i don't eat so much(my cooking is so fukking good)
when i'm not working out though it's open season on burger king and chipotle grill. all of december i might have used my stove 10 times. the rest was goin over to other peoples crib to eat and fast food restaurants. surprisingly i only gained about 3 or 4 pounds. i get used to eating that stuff and it's like fukk it, i dont feel like working out.
also, i get my all my recipes from mens health. just got a book called "muscle chow" and i been cooking out of that for about a week now. everything so far is :thumbsup:
