wuts da best order to do dis sh1t in, liftin first den runnin on da treadmill for bout 20 mins or the other way? or does it not matter? props :king:

Always lift before running optimal would be to run early and lift late just make sure you seperate the times and eat enough food for increased activites.

if you only doin 20 mins, depending on the speed ur going it, it may work out better to do it first
get your body warmed up, loose, sweat goin, and ou're breathing may feel better than ever while you lift

run too much and you wont have any energy to lift tho

When Im on a cutting cycle, I do cardio three(or four) times a week. I do it early in the morning (usually before I go to work). And at night I lift weights.

When Im just maintaing weight, I only do cardio once(or twice) a week. and I tend to do it right before I lift for only 10 to 15 mins at a moderate pace (on the stepper or ellyptical or stationary bike).

But there shouldn't be a problem with running(or any other type of cardio) right before or right after lifting weights for a short period of time. It often depends on how your weightlifting routine is structured and set up. For example, you would want to minimize(or cut out) cardio activity on maximum effort(ME) days(the days that you are pushing the heaviest weights).
