I mean do people do things like: Bench, squat, dip, pull up, and deads anymore? I see the same niccas in the gym doing curls and crunches. WTF are you in the gym for? You can do that shyt at home man. I know I should just focus on what i'm doing but man this lil skinny ass geek muhfukka at my gym does 100's of curls while screaming and grunting. At the end of his swaying curls he walks around with the lat syndrome like he just conquered the world.

Yeah i'm venting because I just got back from the gym after a sleepless night :sad: (bytch problems) and i'm tired of seeing the same shyt. I mean if you haven't grown in 6 months, it's time to change up the bullshyt routine man. To all the niccas who just starting out man just stick to the basic exercises, eat, sleep, and get ready to buy bigger clothes. Don't follow those scientific routines, just lift heavy, and getcho ass out the gym.

What you talking about Fendi you know just as well as me these are the harder lifts but they also are the lifts that make you grow. People don't do them because they rather sit on the damn machines. The only machine I use in the gym and this is sometimes are the bike and treadmills the rest is compound movements. I'm trying to get back to eating and training like our ancestors.

I do deads, squat, mil press, bench(not so often crossfit doesn't seem big on this movement), a whole lot of dips and pullups though.


I think the muscle mags is the downfall of alot of people. You can't train like Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler if you don't have the same supplements or budget as them. There job is to be freaky big. This is why I like sites like

Functional movements breeds functional mind bodies and souls. You hit the nail on the head Fendi fuk them 15lb db swaying cats. And damn anybody who is using the damn squat rack to curl.
