***Basic Info***
1. R. Rosales (Just always been kinda against posting my FULL name on the net..anyway, last name is pronounced as if you were saying ROSE-AH-LISS)
2. Double
3. 21
4. Saginaw/Detroit MI (I go back and forth)
5. My homies started calling me that...it started off as Double R because of my initials, then just dropped the R.
6. None, just work with any and evrybody who's willing.
7. 2008 made it 5 years.
***Equipment/Programs***
8. I prefer software but I now own a couple peices of hardware and am in the processes of learning to use them. I just want to be able to get down no matter what studio I may go to with both software and hardware.
9. Fruity Loops 4 (Which I still use over 6 & 7 )
10. Depends on where I'm at...In Saginaw I'm using FL with a load of VSTi's and an M-Audio MIDI controller, Acid Pro, Cool Edit Pro, Magix Audio Cleaning Lab, and T-Rack Mastering Suite. In Detroit it's Pro Tools, the Yamaha Motif, & the MPC 4000.
11. Probably Fruity Loops
12. None, because if I was that pissed with a program I wouldn't use it.
13. Probably Reason as far as software goes, just to see if it's easy to use or not. Then on hardware I want a Roland Fantom.
14. Fruity Loops
15. In reality, I need to learn how to actually PLAY the piano. Learn notes and stuff.
***Styles/Preferences***
16. Both. So far in my beat library I've got 110 original beats (from scratch) and about 80 sampled. IMO, sampling is more fun.
17. I prefer chopping. ONCE in a great while will I come across a song where I'll sample a loop from it. I feel like looping is to easy and provides me with no challenge to create something fresh.
18. I dunno...from 80.00 to 90.00 I guess...thats what most of my beats are...
19. No. I want to learn to play piano and guitar though.
20. Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, & Common on SOME of my sampled beats...T.I. & Young Jeezy on my original beats...YES, my beat styles range that far...I'm versitile.
21. East Meets South (I like to make southern sounding beats sometimes with East Coast influenced drums...and vice versa)
22. Bob Their Heads
23. Maybe some Rock...I like to incorperate guitar in my beats...been doing so since I first started producing and it made me  when hip hop jumped on that whole "rockstar" movement and made guitars in beats sound corny...
24. Them bullish snap beats...Somebody should slap Soulja Boy with some tutorials on how to produce real hip hop.
25. Beats with horns (for example Kanye - We Major or Jay - Roc Boys, or Shawty Lo - They Know) and beats with guitars (for example T.I. - Big Sh!t Poppin or B.G. Heart of the Street). Oh yeah, I LOVE brass and synths too. Toomp is a BEAST with those beats like Jeezy - I Got Money or Kanye - Big Brother.
26. I HATE when you can actually tell when a beat was made on FL because you'll hear stock sounds that weren't even tweaked AT ALL. D4l, Franchise Boyz, & Soulja Boi ALL have had this problem in the past...
27. Chopping a sample.
28. Don't Know Really.
***Inspiration/Influences***
29. I know this question asks who is your PRODUCER, but I have two. For the simple fact that I have love for both the East Coast and the South for their contributions to Hip Hop. Two totally different styles but without each other, they couldn't exist. 1st, Mannie Fresh...No Lie. Just based on his consistency to be able to hold down as many albums as he did while he was on Cash Money Records. Next, Just Blaze. The work he's done with Roc A Fella artists over the years truly amazed me at times.
30. DJ Premier, DJ Toomp, Pete Rock, & Dr. Dre.
31. Just BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZE!!!
32. Biggie - Notorious Thugs
33. Jay-Z - Dead Presidents, Young Gunz - Tough Love, Beanie Sigel - What Your Life Like Pt. II
34. 2pac - Troublesome '98
35. Outkast - Da Art of Storytelling
***Random***
36. Yes...I felt like I could've went on a Grand Theft Auto killing spree...but in the end, I guess it just made me work twice as hard to develop my sound and make more material.
37. Yeah, by some local dude around here in Saginaw.
38. Never collabed...but if I could do one beat with Just or Mannie I'd be happy.
39. No, I just take a break from the beat and eat. Seems like I get more ideas when I eat...
40. Nothing, just leave it alone and store it with the rest of my finished beats.
41. I rapped. It was cool for a minute, but growing up I had always had more of an ear and interest in the beat behind the rapper, moreso than the rapper himself. Grew up on too much Pac and Death Row stuff.
42. UNsigned.
43. No.
44. When I used to rap, one of the cats in that same crew used to make beats...he started me off and taught me the basics...
45. Save it and try to give it a different sound later. Experiment with different sounds when you make a wack beat because a wack beat can become something beautiful later on.
46. The first time I ever played a beat for a crowd of people they started laughing...which is kinda funny now when I think back on it because it made me mad and want to make my sound better then.
47. Depends...it could range from a few minutes to a few hours.
48. A sample. Old school rock or soul song.
49. Close to 200.
50. I had a Myspace and Soundclick before but I took them down. I've always been kinda weary about posting my beats up on the net because of the theives. But I'll make another soundclick pr myspace soon you guys can check out...some of you guys MAY remember my beats I had on Soundclick...
