Should every user except for dude with 50+ screen names be allowed to rate threads??

Sorry if it seems like spam but that's not what this is, let da people speak. Dude with all them screen names was really the one who seems to be responsible for da elimination of this feature but he ain't comin back, not after that "exposure".
