How many of ya'll make sure to get in your fishoil (EPA/DHA) daily I have come to realize this may be the most beneficial dietary supplement known to man. So if you aren't using it make sure you start it's good for everything from hair to skin to heart to cholestorol, even helsp you lose weight.

Just makes sure you don't get the cheapest brand I use the Spring Valley Omega 3 fishoil from Walmart it only cost 11 dollars but it's worth it because it has 300 in a bottle and good balance of (EPA/DHA)

Sign in if you down with the fishoil and post any other supplements you think everyone should utilize.

Fish Oil is also good for menstrual cramps. It works for me

Like you said, products are not created equally so I suggest doing your research and shopping around. I personally use Nordic Naturals capsules...very high quality. One of the few supplements I've tried where I notice an actual differences. I've felt an increase in mental focus and even attitude/mood. I love it! lol.

i take about 12 Salmon oil capsules daily. 2 after every meal

I have some Omega 3 pills, but they give me fish breath. Even some foods with Omega 3 added taste like fish.

my diet consists of practically no fat, and very very low carb intake (under 80g/day) so i take the salmon oil, and flaxseed oil capsules (also 2 with every meal) to make up for it, and get my healthy fats.

i intake very high protein though, about 200g/day.

thanks to this, i have practically no water weight, except for when i drink creatine but that gets turned into muscle mostly lol.

What does your diet usually consist of? I do a zone diet that is 40%carb,30%protein,30%fat and I usually stay under 1850 calories as my diet is 3 5 block meals and (2) 2 block snacks. My protein is 160-170gr a day and carb is 190-200gr a day with fat about 50-65. This is moreso a preformance diet.

What are the details of your diet seems perfect for when I decide to cut.

some heads were asking about a fast weight loss diet, and i mentioned that some of my friends have done the velocity diet, made famous by a guy at testosterone nation.

all you do is drink protein shakes all day. you're allowed one solid meal/weekly. here's a link:

i kind of modded the diet because of the unavailability of some of the products originally used, but it works great. i've been cutting for almost a month now (lost 19lbs/fat) and will be continuing this until i'm extremely happy, i wont stop after 28 days like it states. i'm gonna milk this diet for all it's worth.

i intake 5 casein protein shakes (i did half casein half whey before, but the results weren't as quick) it's 120cal/shake. 40g protein/shake, i don't have the COMPLETE details but im ballparking. i drink five of those daily, and i add a whey protein shake on workout days making it 6 meals. if youre really interested in it i'll be happy to let you know the full details but you kinda get the idea.
