Alright, so here's the situation. Im 26 years old, and I'm 6'4, and Ive always been pretty slim. For the last couple years, I've been 185 lbs for a long time. I tried working out, using weight gainers, but it was always frusterating cuz my metabolism was so high. I eat A LOT. Probably more than anyone I know. And people always said my metabolism would catch up w/ me eventually. By the age of 24 or 25 I assumed it would never happen, and became comfortable w/ how i was.

Well now I guess it started to change and I'm actually putting on weight now. I started gaining a few months back, and I'm pushing over 200 lbs now. I need to be healthier than I have been anyways, so I figure now is the time to start working out and to begin a new lifestyle.... W/ my schedule I can start working out a few times a week. But I'm pretty clueless where to start. How should I plan my workouts? Should I do much cardio? And what supplements should I use? Ive heard a lot about muscle milk, but not sure if thats what I need. And finally, on diet. I dont know if carbs are protein or what I should be eating most of.

I know I'm very clueless. Just not sure where to start here.

www.crossfit.com Follow the program word for word. This will get you way more physical results that are useful then a strength or hypertrophy program.

Also check into DR. Barry Sears Mastering the Zone diet it is optimal for weight loss and athletic preformance.
