who else has violent food allergies

...one of them I have is fish/seafood.. can't eat it, and even to smell it being fried sets me off something fierce..

...have to keep an epinepherine pen handy..

not violent to where i have to keep an Epipen but i'm highly allergic to wheat\gulten. i got a blood test (almost had to get a colonoscopy) when my Dr. couldn't find out what was making me sick after EVERY meal. then we found out http://www.celiac.com/
food allegies suck tho.... ordering out can be a real betch and of course you cant eat anything that doesn't have a label\nutri facts on it...
