creatine only creates water weight. Take muscle mile before bed and whey protein like Isopure immediately after a workout.

muscle milk SUCKS! it has 10g of fat per serving.

if you want something for before bed, take a 100% casein protein like the Optimum Nutrition they sell at GNC. it has more protein (24g) and only 1g fat/serving. plus it lasts longer, helping you get all necessary protein during rest.

btw, go for chocolate. vanilla flavor sucks.

Muscle Milk doesn't suck it is pretty good for what it is. A dessert/supplement. It is best to use before bed especially for a hardgainer. It shouldn't be used by anyone who isn't really looking to lose weight but gain mass. I use them myself I get the RTD 's and drink 1 at night as my pre-bed meal.

Creatine and Muscle Milk are two different things.

Muscle Milk is a decent MRP/Weight Gainer but it has it's flaws. High fat content and calories along with slower absorbing protein don't fit some people's diets.

Focus on getting your nutrients from food more than anything. I only consume shakes following workouts and when I'm really really really pressed for time.
