Chest-pushing ugly fat bytches away from me when they try to holla
Back-Picking up drunk passed out dimepieces off the club floor
Biceps-Lifting bottles of armand de brignac
Triceps-Pimp slapping hoes
Legs-Nonstop sex from a variety positions
Shoulders-Throwing women out my house at 6am
Forearms-Rolling blunts
I try to get this workout in at least 3-4 times per week
anyone got any tips on some other exercises i should incorperate into my regime?

you basically have the whole package.
maybe you should add some crunches so when one
of your hoes tries to stab you, the blade will
