I wanna have a good outline for going to the gym and what to do..

I used to go to the gym whenever two three times a week and just do as much as i can. On whatever, but i realise dudes on here say its better to concentrate on a particular things on each visit.

For me i think what I wanna concentrate on is some abs and cardio because I put on some a bit of weight during studies. Not much time...

So how would you suggest Is a good general workout plan, say if wanna be going like 3 or 4 days a week.

I hate to say it but what is the big obssession with Abs they come along with low bf%. Everyone has abs you just have to shed the layer of fat thats covering them HIIT, Weight training, and most importantly nutrition is the way to go.
