Yo, I was wondering if any of you knew about consistency at the gym....
Now i try to go as much as possible but some weeks I just can't get there nahmean? Workin OT, the lady, fam issues, holidays now etc etc....sometimes i dont go for 2-3 weeks at a time.....and it seems like i lose what i gain when i go back....
i try to MAINTAIN the mass i have by drinking my protein and creatine when i dont go this way when i do go back i havent lost as much.....
meanwhile i see these big dudes there (some my friends) who are like yea i havent gone in a month bc of the holidays or some ****, and they still big as ****...
idk i guess its body type or genetics.....or they on some HGH or some other ish....
