I started reading a little bit over the weekend and so far it is pretty good. I liked how he didn't give into temptation by sleeping with his client.

I don't know what I would do if I walked in and saw my relative laying dead on the ground then the next minute they are acting like nothing happened....

This book is starting to make me question my dreams. My dreams are always so colorful and animated and sometimes it seems so real. But when I wake up I can hardly remember anything unless something horrible happens in them.

That's prob. why I feel so bad for Hilton cause he doesn't know what to do. These dreams have a strong hold on him. And Raul really can't help him since they have created a friendship. I really hope he reaches out to that young girl, Raul's brother and the new doctor - someone needs to help a brotha out...

Okay so I'm almost finished! I gotta say that it's getting a bit more interesting. I found myself having to go back and read some parts because I got a little confused. But I finally found out what the title means which was good.

I'm kinda at the climax at this point due to Hilton making a decision to seek the assistance of Raul's brother. I think meeting his brother and the haitian girl is gonna help him in some way :crosses fingers:

It's crazy how he believes that Charles Ray is being told in his dreams to kill him and his family. lol @ him shooting in his neighbor's bedroom 2 feet from where he was sleeping! lol @ his neighbor telling the newspaper "I think the guy is nuts"! it's only funny cause it's true!....

I should be done by next Thursday!

So I've finally finished the novel and it was okay. It ended kind of how I expected it to with the death of Hilton. I knew once he found out how the young girl died he would meet a similar fate by saving the life of his family. I hate when I can sorta predict what is going to happen....

Anyhoo, I enjoyed the novel overall, although at some parts I was def. bored and wanted to skip to the exciting parts...lol

I'll be on the hunt for my next read! I think I have one in mind....

so far the book is alright i was shocked the way the author wrote about being a man so easily when i know she is a women. either man are easy to predict or this lady is one of best authors i have ever read.

Yay, I think it's cool that you buy the books instead of getting them from the library like my cheap butt! But if I really like a book after reading it I normally just pick it up from amazon.
