great players sure, but only won when Biggie/Jordan was out of the game.

more like Clyde Drexler, lol jk
In this metaphor, where would you put Wu, Nas, Pac, Death Row, etc.? Cuz they were all winning while Biggie was around

how dare you insult iverson's greatness like that
Weezy = Reggie Bush (can't think of anyone in the NBA who fits accurately enough, no homo)

da fucck outta here...how is a n1gga supposed to "win" with his first album? lol, jays FIRST album came out a year before big died, thats like saying "pac wasnt winning when cube was winning" who cares, pac was "irrelevant" to his contempories for his first couple albums as well, big just had an early break out cuz of his unforgetable delivery
biggie = penny hard away (could have been the next magic, but fell off due to injury, not his fault, so he's still reguarded as a favorite amongst basketball heads without being called the "best", his career was cut too short to determine how far he could have taken it)
jay-z = jordan (the talent and the hype match, jordan is one of the greatest ever in skill...but what makes him legendary was everything else that came with him being THAT GOOD, the endorsements, the shoes...he covered all bases, but ABILITY ALONE did not make them icons)
snoop = george gervin (both greats in their own right, nobody is putting them in the top 10 of anything, but their style is unique, both very smooth and graceful and distinct at their respective crafts, gervin grabbed the scoring titles multiple times...snoop has remained a star for 15 years in an artform where most burn out in less than 3 or 4)

how dare you insult iverson's greatness like that
Weezy = Reggie Bush (can't think of anyone in the NBA who fits accurately enough, no homo)
wayne = harold minor (otherwise known as baby jordan)
harold minor was one of the "first" cats to be given the "next jordan" title because of his uncanny athletic/jumping ablity, he could jump out of the fuccking roof and was a pretty good scorer, much like waynes flow is pretty damn good and he's popular...but after a while, people realized that minor couldnt play D, was a ball hog and was tottally unworth of the jordan comparisons and was pretty much kicked out of the league

eminem = larry bird
not just because they are both white in black dominated fields...but because they are both a bit overated, with real talent and accomplishments behind their praise...neither are the GREATEST at their respective fields but they are definetly up there and worthy of the respect that their peers have for them, bird was slow, couldnt jump high and didnt have the greatest handles...yet he still manages to be a top 10 player of all time
nas = magic, both started out young and and shook up the game EARLY, they may not have as many "stats" as "jordan" (jay) but the true passion in their games and influences on those that came after them is too great to not respect, magic is the blueprint for point guards, nas is the blueprint to this generations lyricist

LOL.. Biggie had 2 albums and hes Jordan???? WOW.. LOL
Jay only had one album out while BIG was around.. so did Pac only win cuz Eazy E died???? hahahhahaha
BIG was a great artist and everything, but i think people give him a lil too much credit, he only had 2 albums
I was appropriately listening to Soul In The Hole when I saw this thread.
Biggie - Jordan.
Will be regarded as the best by most. Had beef with other "players", but didn't seem to say names. Made his team better.
Jay-Z - Pippen.
Got big because of playing with "Jordan". His skills will never be appreciated by those who say he can't play without "Jordan". Fathered many "children". lol
Nas - Barkley.
The chit he says is unbelieveable at times. Had pissing matches with "Pippen". His team is garbage.
Wu-Tang - Bad Boy Detroit Pistons.
Held the crown for a couple of years, nobody wanted it with them.
Pac - Magic Johnson.
The biggest star in the west for a long time. His team was great, but he made them much better. Career was cut short. Yet he came back to contribute mysteriously.
Yea but Biggie/Jordan ain't comin back....
More like Jay was Jordan and Biggie and Pac were Larry Bird and Magic Johnson
Bird and Magic were goin back and forth, while Jordan was tryin' to work his way up to there league...but both retired before he could do so

Pac=Jordan - Regarded as the GOAT by most, arguably the most popular, influenced many
Biggie=Magic - Most well rounded, if some put him at the top of the list, its hard to argue, career cut short
Jay-Z=Kobe - One of the best and most popular today. Has the drive/work ethic it takes to make himself great. Team isn't dominant like it used to be, but still puts up numbers as an individual
Nas=Shaq - Dominated at an early age, Got lazy, but still the most dominant when motivated. Still commands respect after 15 years in the game
Eminem=Bird - Both white in black dominated fields, but has the skills to back it up. Not the greatest, but is up there
Rakim=Dr. J - Pioneer. Changed the way the game was played.

Dawggy only reason he was getting double was because Wade is out. Right now no one respects his game. I watch basketball quite a bit and Shaq use to play for my favorite basketball team. He's a shell of a shell of a shell of his former self.
Kareem was 37 and would get a legit double team. Shaq doesn't get legit double teams anymore.

these comparisons are retarded
Biggie was in the game for awhile and he made a lot of moves which is why people consider him one of the greatest, if not the greatest.
