I do Army PT M-F morning 0630-0800
I do the crossfit WOD in the evening on a 3day1day off schedule

So I probally get 1 full day off from exercise a week but I get 2 days off from Army PT (Sat, Sunday) and for every 3days crossfiting I get 1 day off.

For example yesterday I was off. Now Today-Thursday I will be doing 2 a days.

wake up at 10am, get the gym by 10:30am out by 12:30pm. thats been my routine this semester. but now that im in finals week and I go home on friday, I wont be able to go the school gym until the beginning of January.

I usually eat whatever is available at my school just trying to stay away from burgers. I just make sure that whatever I eat is with water and sometimes gatorade. I'm down from 204 during the summer to 195-196 right now.

no. never used one ..those are mad expensive and honestly i prefer the range of movement i get in the lap pool. i like working on my turns\time etc.. 2 miles isn't that much..it's is only about 66 laps in a 25 meter pool. now 4-5 miles in one session is killer. that's only if i'm triathlon training tho.

They had one at a local gym that I looked at. It just seemed kind of odd. If your messing with triathlon's, no wonder 2 miles ain't sheit! If I ever get back in the gym routine, I'm mos def going to hit the pool up. Good luck on those triathlon's though.

Diet is a maufuka. I'm just trying to be consistent right now. I would like to try to get down to 205. I'm at 218 right now.

I'm the resident bum in here I think

hit the gym an average of 1/wk :shame:

BUT, I ride my bike to/from work every day & walk a lot; also surf or hike or take long bike rides fairly regularly (okay not that regularly, but often enough that I know I still can!)

diet is mostly vegetarian/organic/healthy but I drink too much...

my biggest problem too.

i eat decent enough, i have a super high metabolism so i could literally eat butter all day and not really get fat, but i try to eat as healthy as possible. but drinking is what kills me, usually twice a week (sometimes more), and not any of this "couple of drinks" stuff. im talking a bottle of whiskey a night. my liver hates me.

word. it's prolly the best cardio you can do. works just about EVERY muscle in your bod. i love it cos i'm a water baby  ..but swimming lengthens and leans you out like nothing else... you'd be surprised....

I exercise 2-3 times a week. On Modays & Wednesdays I got to the gym. If I dont have time to that for some reason I do a simple workout at home (dumbells/sit-ups/push-ups etc) or I just go to my friend's place, he's got a lot of gym equipment in his basement. I try to engage in different sports as much as possible. On Sundays I play football (soccer) for about 1hr or so. I also go for a swim about twice a month but its cold right now so I dont go too often. But in the summer its a wrap .

But this week I haven't been doing any exercises requiring the use of my legs because I pulled a muscle on my left leg on sunday, so I just been using dumbells etc.

I spar 3 days a week (boxing) and do squats and sit-ups every day.
I'm not really into cardio but the sparring helps me cover that workout.
I enjoy muscle toning.

prolly describes me the best

i try to do cardio and abs 3 days each, alternating every other day
on average i'm in the gym about 2 hours a day

when im in school i do that plus Judo, Boxing and mma/brazilian jiu jitsu training 4 days a week, 2-3 hours boxing, 2-3 hours judo, around 4 hours of mmajiu jitsu a week

so an intense week for me i may work out about 22 hours

i try to focus more on specific things to avoid in my diet, lean meats, a lil supplements and cheat weeks:hmm: i deserve it dammit

Ramen Noodles cause cancer in your stomach and in your bloodstream if you eat it alot every week over many years.
If you were serious about your diet I think your cutting off about 15 years of your life by eating that garbage.

i dunno if i posted in this thrad but i recently picked up my routine

used to hit up gym 3-4 times/week now im there at least 5 times/week. on weds i went to my gym in the morn did cardio for about half hour and weight training for 50 or so mins in the morning, then afternoon went to my friends gym and we played raquet ball for an hour, and then elipticals for 20 mins.

did the same today.

so this week, i did have fri off, and im not going to gym tomorrow but i managed to go on mon, tues, wedx2, thurs, satx2. 7 times baby yeah! lost like 3lbs too lol. i feel great though, not tired at all from the extra gym trips.

nice to see someone else using their bike on here.

I probably ride about 20miles or so a day...and lift 3 times a week

the problem is that I dont eat meat (only seafood, but thats probably like once a week) so I dont get enough protien. I need to consume crazy amounts of food because of how active I am...its hard eating that much even though I get the munchies and probably eat more than everybody I know

ANYWAY, im happy with that. Im trying to live a regular life..so im not worried about eating alot of protien or having the perfect diet...just trying to be healthy

This isn't good. I have seen too many miserable people with liver failure. If your liver goes out u will be in the worst agony possible. Death via liver failure is a very slow and painful way to go out.

Consider seeking professional help to help reverse this trend, before its too late!

My biggest problem is that I'm inconsistent.

Most people tell me it's about dedication and discipline, and i tell them to suck a nut, cuz they aint working the hours that I'm working

My work schedule is the following :

Week 1 : Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday
Week 2 : Wednesday-Thursday

and then it restarts at week one. Here's the catch though : I work from 7pm to 7am every night. Plus I work in computers and im sitting down all night. So even if i get to bed by 8am, i'll rarely fall asleep by 9am and then i don't feel rested enough by 5pm when i wake up to work out.

I don't hit the gym cuz i have what i need at home (Dumbells, Benchpress, Treadmill, Preacher bench)

So for about 1 or 2 months, I'll consistently work out 4-5 times a week, but then I end up slacking off for a month because by then, i get exhausted and i need to sleep.

My diet isn't wonderful but it isnt the worse either. I been taking protein shakes (no gainer, straight isolates) and trying to step up on my Fruit/Veggie eating game. Trying to cut off junk foods, but I might have that 1 night a week where I'll have a small pizza, or a cheeseburger, just cuz!

 @ me going in another room at work every night just to do crunches and push-ups when i got nothing to do.
