Does anyone use a colon cleanse?

I have been considering useing a colon cleanse to see what actually comes out of the colon. I looked at Colonix and it says that you would need to do it for about 3 months. to acheive the proper results. Colonix is a little expensive but it seems to do the job. Has anyone else tried something like that?

Colon cleansing is good for your health. I did it last winter and saw tremendous boosts.
