Heres where we are.
I have mixed them all. Mastering has begun and will probably finish up tomorrow.
Keep in mind that I am a professional and that if you hear something you dont like and want me to take a look at it, don't feel like your dissing me by bringing up a concern. The likelihood of me nailing a mix dead on the way you want to hear it is slim to none because we all have preferences. I expect to make at least 2 passes of edits to get things at a happy medium between your vision and functional sound.
That being said, if something sounds different than you expected that doesn't mean its wrong it just means I actually worked on it lol If you get a mix back and it sounds exactly like it did before you sent it that would be a bigger problem. Try to listen objectively and think about how the sounds have their own space and what it would sound like to the mass public V.S just you. I doubt we will run into many problems just shooting out some things to keep in mind for the future :)
I propose that all the remixers listen to each others mixes and try to critique them as well. That can help discern real issues from emotion.
All the songs are great. Some were really fun to mix and 1 or 2 were actually a pretty big challenge (and I expect a few edits on those for sure lol)

I'll post up my 100% ish soon. Some% of the time, i start a beat and take it so far, get lazy and hand it over to someone else in the team to finish.

New update.
Everything is mixed and done except for Nabs joint which he thinks sounds funny. Everybody that worked on the project please go dload his joint and check it out and post your thoughts so we can finish this thing up.

Here's what my friend came up with...it's a rough draft, she's obviously gonna change the font and I think put barbwire around it...I told her to add "SOHH.com Presents..." and "The Beat Club Edition"...she should have it done fairly soon
