View Full Version : Anyone got a workout w/ BBall, swimming, flextraining, & weights to shed?

I need to be on some gym sh1t for the next month....I'm currently at like 220lbs, and looking to shed like crazy. Problem is I drink an average of 5 Lite beers a night....my diet isn't too bad other than that.

POST some routines that I can do....I'm not into boxing so much, but if there are some sh1t they do to get that physique post em. I'm sure cardio should be #1, so wat are some tiring bball drills that are better than just running?
