yea it sounded nice at first listen because it was quite possibly the hardest beat nas had ever rapped over...but once the BS wore off, so did the mystique of the song, the one verse in take over had more personal jabs which were a lot of "facts" as in wide spread opinions of the general hip hop populace
it was childish jokes for the most part man...the best lines werent even going directly at jay, and it took him a whole 5 minute song to acomplish less than what that one verse did...no mustash with wiskers like a rat? yea that was sooooooo ill
