Veggies I would eat with every single meal if possible, fruits I'd reserve mainly for breakfast and that mid-lunch snack.
But then again it depends on what your trying to do. If your trying to lose weight I would lower the fruits and increase the veggies, but if your just trying to eat healthy then you can up the fruit servings but keep the veggies even higher.

It all depends on the diet you are on since I am a crossfitter I am starting a diet called the zone diet that basically breaks down to 40carbs 30protein 30fat grams a day. The calories aren't as importantant as the macros.

Some of the folks have already mentioned that it really depends on your weight goals. And I agree with them.
As a rule of thumb you should always try and keep a consistent daily vegetable and fruits consumption. whether the consistency means eating vegetables and fruits with every meal or with every other meal or once a day(as far as fruits) its up to you and your goals.
And please, we are all (supposed to be) mature in here, I guess some of us aren't. But, there's really no need to say "no homo" after every freaking word. smh:thumbsdow
500g of combined fruit/veggies daily.
I don't, though.
