Good Upload,, I already have Melodyne.

I just don't know the settings to achieve the T-Pain effect? I know T-Pain uses Autotune but it has to be able to be done w/ melodyne. Anyone have a video/tutorial of how to do this on Melodyne

autotune is good , takes time to get the settings perfect to what you want to achieve though.
you can always get the hardware instead of using software..TC helicon voice rack mount

the vst wrapper im guessing enables vsts to be used with logic or protools..im not sure..i havent used it before

To work w/ Pro-Tools you'll need a Wrapper VST to RTAS


VST to AU will allow you to use the program in Logic.
