What if for some unknown amount of time, I went blind?
And could feel tha sun rays but couldn't feel tha sun shine
Or see tha pretty smile on that gorgeous daughter of mine
Or my better half she so fine but I couldnt recognize tha curves in her outline
Paranoid cause I,
Dont know how long this unknown time would be
And I start to see what only tha blind can see
Even if I couldn't see em could I feel tha world's ills?
Would I get thrills outta simply hearin' people laugh?
Would I have to stop writin' or would be sightless perfect my craft?
Would it heighten my otha senses if I couldn't peer through my lenses?
Would I see tha beauty in livin' rather than 745 benzes?
Would I still hear beauty in orally delivered sentences?
Walkin' around bumpin' into **** on too many instances
If I was blind as a bat
Literally wit no vision not a fictional act
Nothin' would be in sight do does that mean outta mind?
Would I grow jealous of your eyes cause I cant see outta mine?
If blind was tha case, should I just accept things for how they are?
Rather than try to change em and remain wishin' on a star
I need my sight so I can lead rather than let tha blind lead tha blind
And when my sight returned, id no longer walk around wit my eyes wide shut
