From all indications, dude is loyal to those that keep it real with him. Bleek and Ty-Ty are still right by his side because of that. If dude wasn't loyal, he would have took the deal a few years back when they sold the first portion of Rocafella to Def Jam. Lyor Cohen offered Jay a deal that would cut Dame and Biggs out (Lyor said they were useless), and run the ROC alone, but out of loyalty, he declined. Stuff like that never gets spoke on though, but it happened. I mean, Dame tried to make Cam VP of the ROC without even consulting his partner that was on vacation... yeah, that's some respect. And on top of that, Cam and the Dips were subliminally dissing Jay all the time while signed to the ROC, but Dame turned a blind eye to that.
