Seconds, minutes, hours, days
By time, I am most certainly amazed
Time is immortal, time is eternal
Time is like the permanent ink in a journal
Time ticks fast, time flies by
Time is with us when we live, time is with us when we die
Time is a sequence of events, the twenty-four hours in a day
Time is a pendulum, which continually sways
Time is life, time is our duration
Time is a train, taking us to our destination
Time is a curse, time is a blessing
Time is happiness, time is depression
Time is too slow, time is too fast
Time is a bridge to the future from our past
Time is a specific moment or occasion
Time is the answer to life’s unsolved equations
There are so many definitions of what time is
But the poetry that I write, is the definition of timeless
