For all of you having problemswith activation, here is the process...
after installation and when you get the activation screen click 'activate'
click the option for connection by telephone
you will be given a special activation code (different to the serial you entered before)
go back to the crack and insert this code where it says 'request code' and press generate
you will then have a new code to enter and fully activate the program
